We are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Recruiter to join our team. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for our IT department. The successful candidate will have an understanding of the technology industry and be able to identify candidates with the skills and experience necessary to excel in our organization.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit top talent for our IT department
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring manager
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiate and extend job offers to successful candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors
- Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment
- Knowledge of technology industry trends, terminology, and job roles
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment goals
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
